Utilizing Picklo Homes’ in-house design service, you are able to start from a blank canvas, with your new home being limited only by your imagination. Or, as an option, we also offer fully customizable pre-configured plans. Additionally, if you already possess plans you would like to follow, bring them in. Different from many other design-build firms, there is no monetary penalty should you decide not to choose Picklo Homes as your builder. However, should you decide to sign a contract, up to 50% of the design fee is refunded as a credit upon your home’s completion.

The design of your home is the most critical. This is what sets the budget. Allowing the builder to be involved in the design process can help to stay with in that set budget.
