Country Builders Inc. is proud to introduce our Signature Build Series, which will assist you, our client, during the course of building your custom home, from acquiring financing all the way to interior design.  When you choose Country Builders Inc., we are able to offer you a step-by-step custom home building experience. It’s easier than buying from a standard production builder, with many times the reward.

From the moment you speak with one of our preferred mortgage companies, you’ll know they are there to service you, our valued customer. They will gently walk you through the entire financing process step by step, and make sure you’re completely satisfied.

Step two is to locate your new home site. We start by meeting with you to discuss a location where you wish to build, as well as to get a specific idea of what you’re searching for. We then locate several properties which fit within your specific parameters. Once you are pleased with your property and have finalized your decision, we take extra care, if needed, to confirm you are ready to move on to the next phase.

Now the fun begins!  Once the lot is chosen, we will introduce you to Guy M. Land Designs, who makes the first part of the home a reality; the blueprints. Guy M. Land Designs is a remarkable company, and gives you the freedom to choose one of their pre-existing plans, modify a pre-drawn plan, or have one custom made direct from your imagination. Once your plan is finalized, they will then advise the requirements for the home. During this phase, we keep in close contact with you to estimate the preliminary plans, ensure the plans stay in line with your budget, all while making sure your dreams become reality. Once plans are set, we then follow up with the check set and final completion. 

Now that the plans are drawn, it’s time to start building! Next to quality and craftsmanship, our main priority is to ensure you are always up to date on the home’s build status and to make sure all of your selection preferences have been made. Unlike high-production builders, we do not offer upgrades on a level basis, with an ever-increasing price tag. You choose what individual upgrades best suit your needs.  Make your home as simple or as luxurious as you see fit. And, as always, we are available to assist you should you request our help.
